been meaning to post a few photos from the vancouver critical mass that happened just over a week ago. for those of you not familiar with the critical mass, it’s a mass of cyclists (somewhere in the neighbourhood of 2000 people participating!) out parading and celebrating BIKES, NOT CARS!
anyway, there was tons of interesting “looks,” especially since there was a pirate theme. i would have liked to have gotten more candids than i actually did, but here are a few for your enjoyment:

They cross the Burrard St. bridge right? Or at least some bike event did. I love watching them zip buy… frustrating drivers and all…

ha ha ya definitely frustrating drivers, but we also got lotsa smiles! i actually participated in it too – i just realized i neglected to mention that in the post! and yes, we did go over the burrard st. bridge!
